Resolver is the agent we are building to monitor connected systems at a set frequency, investigate issues it finds, and bring the evidence to the right person. You do not have to assign it an investigation.

Brings the issue to an owner
The person responsible receives the evidence and decides the next step. The first version uses read access and human review.
